I had a wisdom tooth extraction here and unfortunately my experience was not good. During the procedure I told the dentist that I could still feel pain. They gave another freezing injection but continued the extraction immediately without waiting for the anesthetic to take effect, which made the procedure very painful.
I was also charged $282 for an “examination,” however there was no actual exam performed. The dentist came in briefly and discussed what we would do and the placement of my other teeth and nerves. I do not feel that this should be considered an examination or that a $282 charge for it is justified.

Went in on March 4th for a 3:00PM appointment. It was a small space and everyone was crammed in next to each other like sardines and it was SO humid too, plus it smelt like B.O. from everyone being so tightly packed in, but that’s not the problem, my problem was Dr. Wagner! Everyone else like the receptionist were very nice and kind to me, but him!
So initially I had an appointment for my 3 wisdom teeth to be extracted and I kinda figured it was just gonna be a consolation at first, that’s whatever, it was a given anyways, but when you go in for an exam, you expect the Dr. to actually examine you! Dr. Wagner came in and basically just stuck a popsicles stick in my mouth for a couple seconds and that’s it, it didn’t feel like much of an exam, but I didn’t say much cause I’m covered under supplemental health and welfare and I’m not the one paying for the time spent, but the time I waited for that 10 min exam was kind of a waste! I literally waited 30mins since 3:00PM to get in for a 10min exam that felt like a joke tbh! Dr. Wagner was also kind of entitled feeling and by that, I mean I explained to him that I wanted to do the free, needle option because I cannot pay the $400-$600 fee for general anesthesia since he refused to do the free option (his reasoning, which wasn’t a very good reason, was because he thought it would hurt too much for me, which I get his concern, but you can’t just deny someone like that btw!) So, he was very insistent that I just “go get more money” like I have it in a piggy bank saved up at home, it’s like he didn’t understand some people don’t make as much as others and have to use coverage! He even seemed a little annoyed when I admitted that I cannot afford the anesthetic option, like he was poor shaming me! I pretty much left the office without making a next appointment because of him and I probably won’t be returning because of the shame I felt!
Honestly, it’s probably not a bad office if you can afford it, but if you’re on welfare with supplementary health, you might get judged a bit, or forced into doing something you can’t afford! Like, I only got referred to by my dentist ‘cause I got my braces removed and they recommended me to do so! Just gonna look for somewhere else to go…

What a waste of time… my poor husband was told her would be there for 15 minutes for a consultation. They then kept him waiting for long enough that he was late to pick up our son. Then when he got the front he was given a 300 dollar bill. We have insurance but he was already late to pick up our 7 year old. He asked if he could leave a card number and come back which he was told no. Like maybe make things more clear when someone calls you book?

I went here in Dec. 2025. I waited a little over a month before I wrote a review.
Setting up the appointment was easy, I had to reschedule (I had to move it to fit my schedule), no problem. I had an email covering how I should prepare before surgery, text messages my appointment was coming up. Any questions I had, I called and they answered.
Day of surgery went well. I checked in, paid then read the laminated two page risk sheet while I waited my turn. When I handed the risk sheets back the receptionist said ill sign a paper copy when I go to the back. (I NEVER DID SIGN A WAIVER) Oh well.
Nurse lady called and I headed to the back. Had weight taken, asked for height, health questions etc. Sat in the chair got hooked up to heart rate, blood pressure and IV. Two doctors came in and said "hi, any questions?".
Then I was put to sleep.
I woke up 45 mins later. To you it literally feels like 30 seconds. Best sleep I've had in a long time!
Woke up, Mouth sore, little dizzy but well enough to walk back to the car.
Got the prescription right after I left, went home and toughed it out.
My advice would be
- buy groceries for your new diet before surgery
- get a curved syringe from your dentist to help clean out socket (swishing water around doesn't help)
- the medicine is hard on your stomach, eat regardless when it hurts
- take a week off work if possible
Would go again just to be put to sleep.

“Dr. Rob Wagner provided an excellent removals and care during the extraction of all four wisdom teeth on Dec 17 ,2025 for my son . The procedure has been done under GI Anesthesia and it was very efficient and took approximately 15 to 20 minutes. In terms of scheduling an appointment there are some hiccups from front desk staff, but after meeting Dr Wagner the entire process were smooth. The prescribed medication worked very well, and the 20-minutes-on, 20-minutes-off ice method they recommended was very effective, resulting in no swelling. My son recovered very well, bleeding stops after 4 hours and he was completely back to normal by the seventh day, eating all foods without any issues . We are very satisfied with the overall experience.” Highly recommended
