Joseph and his team were amazing! They went above and beyond in helping us with our roof and gutter work, as well as our outdoor painting. Went out of their way to accommodate my timeline, showed up and their their machine was making gutters that were not perfect, they refused to install them until they could be perfect. Came back the next day with a good machine. I don’t feel like a lot of people care enough about their work and they could have probably passed it off as good enough and I would not have know. Any different. I really appreciated having guys who cared about their quality.

We had a great experience with ProRise. Joseph and Harm were great to work with! The process started with a ton of education on how other areas of our home could use some help to protect us from heavy rainfall. They also covered the pros and cons of the different gutter/downspouts systems out there. The project was done pretty quickly but throughout the process they checked in and showed us around to make sure we were OK with the work being done. We even had some landscapers on-site for another project and they were able to collaborate with eachother and make sure everything tied in well together. Luckily their system was just installed before the lower mainland's heavy rainfall with an atmospheric river. It definitely put their installation to the test and we were very happy with the performance. Definitely reach out to ProRise for your next gutter project.
