My daughter got her ears pierced and they were absolutely wonderful! Amus was a brilliant piercer with an absolutely Flawless bedside manner. As a former piercer I'm absolutely picky about who touches my family and Amus exceeded all of my expectations which were sky-high to begin with. My daughter was over the moon.

I will never hesitate to recommend Proper Poke! Amus is very kind and professional, and an exceptional piercer. They walked me through the whole process before getting started and made me feel at ease the whole time I was there. The staff at the front are also fantastic, very knowledgeable and friendly. This place is overall wonderful vibes and incredible service. I am beyond happy with my results, and I'll be coming back for sure!

I had the absolute best experience with TatVonTam at proper poke. I had been following Her work for some time and when I seen she had some availability I had to make it happen. I started a leg piece, and Ive had two sitting with Tam so far. She listened to all the ideas I had and came up with such a beautiful tattoo that I absolutely adore. Chill atmosphere and great artist. Can’t wait to get back in the shop. Thanks Tam!

The first time I walked into Proper Poke I automatically noticed how clean and welcoming the studio was. The staff at the front desk were cheerful and helpful. I have been to PP 4 times in the past year to complete my sleeve with Tam. Right away, I felt a connection with her when I inquired with her about starting/ creating my sleeve. Tam is thorough, precise, knowledgeable, creative, friendly, and so much more! She was very cooperative and understanding when I wanted to make some tweaks to our previous work and also offered her creativity and honesty. Very happy to be showcasing her artwork on my body. I will most certainly be visiting Tam again in the near future and highly recommend her at Proper Poke!

Tam is hands down my go-to tattoo artist. She’s done a ton of my tattoos, and we’re currently working on a full leg piece together. I usually come in with some sort of idea (sometimes very loose), and every single time she takes it and absolutely knocks it out of the park. I’m definitely an ink addict, and she somehow always manages to fit me in — even last minute. She tattoos quickly (which makes the suffering very minimal), but never at the expense of quality. The end results are always killer. I love her so much and I’m beyond excited to see the finished product of my leg — and whatever comes next after that.
