I did pelvic floor repair with Tania Bhogal. During the first appointment she went through everything with me but mentioned she would be away for a month. I followed all of her training suggestions at home by myself during that time. At the second appointment a month later, she checked my progress but said I should see her more often. However, she is only available on Tuesdays (previously she was available two days a week). I find this very frustrating and confusing. It feels like she says follow-up is important, but her availability keeps decreasing, which makes scheduling appointments very difficult. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to look for another physiotherapist elsewhere.

I've been going to Propel for my physiotherapy for the past 3 months, and the work Piraveenaa and Mahindra and the team at Propel have been doing has been great. They are very knowledgeable in that they are doing, and provide a great environment. I'm very pleased with team during my physio so far!

It has been an incredible experience af Propel Physio for our kids AND having physio in home. From day 1, Caitlin has been great with coordinating our appointments. Jhaelyn has been excellent with our kids, very gentle, fun, and goes at their pace. Would definitely recommend propel physio.

I had an amazing experience with both Sahash and Tamara! Sahash, my physiotherapist, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive in helping me understand my treatment plan and guiding me through exercises that truly made a difference. Tamara, the massage therapist, was fantastic. She created a relaxing environment and provided a therapeutic massage that eased my tension and helped with my recovery. Together, they made me feel cared for, listened to, and confident in my healing journey. Highly recommend both of them for their professionalism, kindness, and genuine dedication to their patients!
