Called at 10:00 a.m. to have a leaking pipe on our hot water tank repaired. Jay was booked for the day but said he could come by between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. He called to say he was in traffic and would be a little late. On arrival at about 6:30 he determined that the hot water tank needed to be replaced. He went to his shop to get a tank and was back and had it installed and all the paper work done by 9:30. Very good workmanship and working after hours to accommodating our quasi emergency. Independent owner operated company, I highly recommend for any plumbing and heating needs.

My tankless hot water heater broke down on Dec 31 leaving me without hot water through a holiday. On Jan 2 I started my research and found Prompt Plumbing. After several phone calls to Jay, who was extremely patient with my questions and options, I decided to go with them and he was able to install my new Tankless heater on Sunday. Jay was courteous, detail oriented and completed the job in a quick and efficient manner. I would highly recommend him to others.

Service was quick and professional. Plumber went above and beyond of what was asked. Parts replaced were from reputable brands and of high quality. My heating system works smooth again at a very reasonable price of labour.

We were faced with a Friday night emergency , called Prompt Plumbing and was greeted with fast and friendly service . Jay showed up early the next morning to help us get water turned on , made time in his schedule to return that evening to swiftly , professionally and cleanly fix the issue. I cannot say enough nice things about this company all around. Service was spot on , pricing was fair with no hidden costs , he was more than helpful in explaining everything, cleaned up beyond expectations. I highly recommend if you find yourself in any sort of pluming issue to give these guys a call, I know I will be using them in the future.
