I had a full-face Thermage treatment at this clinic two weeks ago. Lily and Carissa took care of both my consultation and the treatment, and they were incredibly patient throughout the entire process. Since it was my first time doing a treatment like this, they planned everything in advance and guided me through all the preparation steps. When I arrived at the clinic, they thoughtfully prepared pain management for me before starting the treatment. Overall, the experience was excellent. So far, my skin is responding well, and Lily has also been very attentive with follow-ups, making sure I understood all the post-treatment care instructions. I really like this clinic and will definitely be coming back.

Project Skin Richmond is a very professional and high-quality clinic. From the moment I walked in for the first time, I was immediately impressed by the elegant environment and the warm, friendly front desk staff. My skin has been very well taken care of here. Not only do they carry SkinCeuticals products that I’ve always been interested in, but they also take the time to carefully analyze my skin and explain everything in detail. Based on my skin condition, they created a personalized treatment plan for me, and I was able to see significant improvement in a short period of time. Moving forward, I’m planning to do more treatments such as Bela Glow and microneedling to achieve my most ideal skin condition. I’m really looking forward to the results.

I’ve been receiving skin treatments at Project Skin Richmond for some time now, and I truly love how approachable and welcoming both the clinic and the staff are. Everyone is incredibly friendly and always patient when answering my questions or helping me with appointment changes. Lily has been my treatment technician, and she’s amazing. I struggled with severe acne and an imbalance of oil and hydration. The Max with Glow facial and the Spectra Acne Laser Peel she recommended were effective and honestly saved my skin at the right time. My skin is now smooth, with only some acne marks left. I’ll continue my journey with microneedling and laser treatments with her, and I’m really looking forward to seeing my skin improve even more. This clinic has truly helped me regain hope for my skin.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I flew in from the United States specifically for this appointment, yet the clinic changed my booking on the same day and pushed me to a much later time in the evening. Even worse, during my Ultherapy treatment, the machine broke down halfway through. Anyone who understands Ultherapy knows that stopping midway is the worst-case scenario, because the energy becomes uneven and can easily cause asymmetry. That is exactly what happened — now my face is visibly uneven, and I am extremely upset and worried. This is an expensive, medical-grade procedure. There is absolutely no excuse for poor scheduling, last-minute changes, and equipment failure during treatment. I trusted this clinic and traveled a long distance for professional service, but the experience was completely unacceptable. I cannot recommend this place for Ultherapy or any advanced treatments.

Had such a great experience here, all thanks to Gina and Poyi! They were so friendly, kind, and genuinely caring throughout the whole process. I came in for microneedling, and they really took the time to explain everything, gave me helpful advice, and made sure I felt totally comfortable before going ahead with the treatment. You can tell they really care about what they do and about their clients. I’m already seeing great results from the treatment, but honestly, their amazing service made the biggest impression. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place with not just good treatments, but great people too!！
