I recently got a hair system installed at ProHair, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The system looks incredibly natural and blends seamlessly with my own hair. AJ was fantastic throughout the entire process—knowledgeable, accommodating, and an expert at what he does. He even fit me in after work hours to ensure my system was installed in just two days, as I had a trip planned. As someone who’s been through the process himself, AJ knew exactly what I was looking for, and his supportive approach made me feel comfortable from the very first consultation. I had my consultation about 2 weeks ago and have had my system for just over a week now. I have to say the quality and craftsmanship that ProHair puts into their treatments and products is unparalleled. My first three systems were from Pacific Hair Loss and I have noticed a decline in their quality and an increase to their pricing which brought me to ProHair, offering services at less than half the price and a stellar quality. It was a no-brainer. Most of my close friends know I wear hair systems and I’ve always been Supportive, as soon as they seen the Hair system that Pro Hair had installed for me, They were shocked at not only the colour and cut, but how natural it looked. AJ was super knowledgable and forthcoming with everything that I needed to expect given the change in Hair system and wasn’t pushy or sales focussed in the least. Other salons that I’ve been to seemed to want to upsell me into more expensive products and I actually had to specifically ask for Recommendations which was a nice change. I highly recommend AJ and Pro HairHair.

Have had this “custom” hair system just over 2 weeks. Hair is falling out of it faster than I can count. It’s not human grade hair as advertised. It’s a disposable stock hair system that I’ve been told by another place will be lucky if I get 3 months out of it. Don’t waste your time and money. Be smart and spend the money on a proper custom unit (customs should take up to 2 months to get made….not 2-3 days)
