It has been an absolute pleasure getting to know Chris Lewicki, one of the RMTs part of ProActive Physiotherapy group. I've seen a few therapists over the years, but his technique was exactly what I needed. Chris has the ability to find exactly where the tension is and uses the right amount of pressure. He creates a calm environment and really listens to what your body needs. It's rare to find a registered massage therapist with such a natural touch! Highly recommend.

I'll be generous and give 2 stars since I only had booked one service and can't speak for the rest. I booked an osteopath treatment with Vorachoat Karunyasopon and later found out he isn’t recognized by any major governing body that my insurance provider(Sunlife) accepts. My claim was denied because the associations he belongs to are self-regulated and not approved. I did have a previous appointment we ith Vorachoat that was mistakingly covered under clinical counseling. I reached out to the clinic to try to resolve the issue, but they offered no assistance and insisted everything was fine on their end. I ended up disputing the charge with my Visa and won. I can’t speak for any of the other treatments offered at this clinic but I personally wasn’t satisfied with the osteopathy service in general. The treatment felt underwhelming and the lack of transparency around credentials and coverage was a major concern and felt fraudulent. The location is convenient and the front desk staff were friendly, but overall I doubt I will be returning and do not recommend this clinic for osteopathy unless you’re prepared to pay entirely out of pocket.

I absolutely love the staff at ProActive! Over the years, I’ve seen Jenn and Marie for physio, and they’ve helped me get back on track after various injuries every time. My family now comes here as well for physio and kin with Randall and Zane. This group is truly something special, and the front-end staff are amazing. We won’t go anywhere else. Our family fully trusts their expertise and always knows we’re in the best hands.

I can’t say enough about the team here! Not only did they do their very best to see me in less than two days…you can expect the most pleasant, friendly and clean environment. Everyone is so kind and accommodating! Barbara Lindner (physio) knows her stuff and was really lovely. Thanks Barb!
