I don’t normally write reviews but I feel this one is deserved. I needed to get my car repaired after a collision and all the shops in PG are swamped this time of year. Pro Tech was one of the places I could get in the earliest and Troy was so awesome explaining the process of what would happen to my car during the entire process. Dawn who I also spoke on the phone with was so friendly and helpful and gave me helpful advice after icbc ended up determining my car was a total loss. Even though I didn’t get to maintain my appointment with them, I felt cared for and that I was in great hands which was a major relief in a crappy situation

After a collision, I searched for the best ICBC service centre and found this gem! The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Being new to town, they took the time to explain everything clearly and made the process smooth. Highly recommend!

Troy's team is probably the best in town! More than two years after they worked on my vehicle, I went back for a DTC scan. Despite a very busy schedule, Troy was able to find time to retrieve/clear the code for me. Much appreciated. I wish he is able to get more bays/people to expand his business.

I had the most amazing experience here! The staff worked so hard to accommodate my tight schedule and fixed up my car so beautifully! The service was amazing and the quality of work very high…a stressful experience was made really easy. I definitely recommend :) thank you guys!

I am new to PG and asked around which was the best place to get my car repaired for an ICBC claim and Pro Tech was highly recommended - and I can see why! They did a fantastic repair on my car, and the customer service was outstanding - especially Dawn who went above and beyond. I’m glad I had my car repaired here and will be back in the future if I ever need another repair. Thanks Pro Tech team!
