I’ve been seeing Lauren at Promotion Calgary and I can’t recommend her enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about her clients’ progress and overall well-being. Every session feels intentional and tailored and she really takes the time to understand what’s going on with my body and adjusts her techniques accordingly. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my muscle tension, recovery, and overall mobility since working with her. Exceptional first experience seeing Sadiq at Pro Motion - professional, comfortable, knowledgeable, and felt like I was in very good hands to address my issues and evolve into a machine of a body with a chiro/physio blended philosophy. Recommended by my personal trainer Tyr from Anytime Fitness who highly recommended Sadiq in particular and definitely see why - the dude if a WEAPON of knowledge that can distill things in a way that make me confident in surrendering to the process! I can’t say enough good things about Pro Motion Calgary and Dr. Sadiq. From day one, the level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail has been top tier. Dr. Sadiq took the time to actually understand what was going on with my body instead of just treating symptoms. I came in dealing with shin splints and shoulder pain, and through a combination of chiropractic adjustments, dry needling, and electric acupuncture, both issues have completely resolved. The difference in how I move, train, and feel day-to-day is night and day. Since starting treatment, these problems have ceased to be an issue altogether, and I’m back to training and living pain-free. What really sets Dr. Sadiq apart is how knowledgeable, honest, and invested he is in your recovery. You can tell he genuinely cares about getting you back to full health, not just short-term relief. The clinic itself is welcoming, clean, and professional, and the whole team makes you feel taken care of. Dr. Sadiq Rajan is a legend, enjoying my treatments and progress so far. Truly cares about his patients and very knowledgeable. Shoulder is finally getting better after several years of pain and treatments from other clinics. Great facility and top notch team. You will not be disappointed and highly recommended. My family has also now started to visit and they have shared similar experiences as mine. Look no further for all your health and wellness needs.

I had a fantastic experience at Pro Motion Calgary! The clinic is in a super convenient location with plenty of free parking, which made getting there stress-free. Booking my appointment online was a breeze thanks to their user-friendly system. Curtis was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable—he took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout. The shockwave therapy was surprisingly effective, and I noticed real improvement after just a few sessions. What really impressed me was the follow-up care. Curtis sent me home with personalized exercises, and their app made it so easy to stay on track. It included all the recommended exercises with helpful video demos, which was a game-changer for doing them correctly at home. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for professional, effective care with a personal touch!
