Horrible horrible service!, they charge you $120 for a new born shoot and you get low quality print outs. Digital copies again blurry!, when asked to get my daughters photos copied on a hard device the person working there responded with come later response!. If you’re charging $120 for a service do it properly. If you cant then atleast try to rectify the issue! Recommendation: dont get your new born shoots here, its totally worthless.

Reasonably priced and amazing staff! That pretty much sums up my first impression of pro Image studio! It's inside the shoppers world mall. If you plan to go on the weekend, be prepared to stand in line for some time. Its popular with people looking to get passport, visa and PR card photos. They process and deliver the photos in about 15 mins! The staff if very friendly and courteous. They are able to customize passport photos based on country requirements. At least I can confirm for US, Canada and India. The prices are very reasonable. They also have different portfolio packages for family photos as well as photos of babies. Highly recommend this studio for all you photography needs.
