I wanted to leave a positive review and mention names of all people involved as we had an awesome experience. Serge was the one who came and helped us select the AC model that best fit our needs. Very personable and helpful. Roy was good at helping schedule our appointment for installation and was patient with our strata when they dragged their feet. Ali and Jacob were great installers. Friendly and efficient. Brent the electrician also friendly and efficient. It will be nice to not freeze in the winter, or cook in the summer. Thanks Ace Pro Heating! (Will update if needed)

Just wanted to Thank Hoshyar for his Patience and Kindness for guiding us through our Bathroom Up grade. Installing new Upgrades in older Buildings is Definitely a Challenge but with his Knowledge and Patience he Expertly got through our upgrade. We are Thrilled with the Finished project. On Saturday, we had our hot water tank replaced, and Kyrylo was the technician who came out to help us. We were incredibly frustrated to discover our old tank had started leaking—it was stressful, messy, and the last thing you want to deal with on a weekend. Kyrylo turned the whole situation around. He responded quickly, explained what needed to be done clearly, and worked efficiently and professionally from start to finish. He took great care of the area, handled the replacement smoothly, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Just like last time, he left the space clean and tidy, which we really appreciated. What started as a very frustrating problem was fixed fast and with real attention to detail. We’re grateful for Kyrylo’s help and would absolutely recommend him.

We hired this company to install an A/C unit in our living room, and Kyrylo did an outstanding job. He was professional and thorough from start to finish—carefully preparing the area, completing the installation flawlessly, and leaving everything spotless. My shower handle had popped out due to a rusty and old screw between it and the cartridge. The technician told me I need to replace the whole cartridge and had me order a new one from Amazon. After doing so I waited until it arrived and they came back the day after I got it. They installed the cartridge upside down initially but sent Mark out the following day who corrected it and did a great caulking job to finish out the repair. Great value for the service provided. Definitely feel confident about hiring them again.
