The car wash was disappointing. The vacuum was completely clogged with dirty hair and mud. While I was cleaning out their vacuum so I could even use it properly, a maintenance employee approached me and said her boss had sent her to inform me that I was not allowed to wipe my car there and that I should do it outside. The surprising part is that I hadn’t even started washing my car yet. It’s rather ironic to be told to follow the rules in a facility that clearly isn’t being properly maintained. I would not recommend this place.

This was one of the worst car wash experiences I’ve ever had. Prism Car Wash does not accept coins and instead forces a $15 pre-authorization, The soap brush didn’t work at all, yet the timer kept running, meaning I paid for a service I literally could not use. That alone is unacceptable. To make it worse, the vacuum suction is terrible — weak, poorly maintained, and completely Will never visit this place again

TOO EXPENSIVE... $30 for a regular car wash and vacuum, charged to my credit card. DO NOT use your Credit Card here. I believe this is overpriced. The price should be more reasonable. I will not use this place again.

A word of caution - the minimum charge is now $4 even though the payment machine says $2, and the max is $15 (about 10 minutes). So, if the time runs out right before you finish your rinse, it's another $4 to restart the clock and finish the last few seconds. Only car wash I've been to that cost me $20 for a simple pre-soak and rinse off lol Suggestion for the owner - raise the maximum to higher than 10 minutes to avoid this situation...

Took my baby for a wash here, convenience of all-hours operation is worth the extra couple bucks in my opinion. Wasn't too busy on a Friday at 11pm but not completely dead either. They had staff on site cleaning up after guests and I imagine if I had any problems they'd be able to help right away. My only complaint was the machine timed out before I finished my rinse so I did have to insert my card again and I know I'll see two preauth charges and have a minor heart attack later lmao. Not deducting a star because that's more my fault for being slow, I did a pre soak, soap, foam brush, soap and rinse so for average people who just soap and rinse they won't have any issue. Forgot to take a pic while I was there so the image of my car is kind of irrelevant but whatever lol This'll definitely be my new spot for late night washes. Cheers!
