Mahara did an excellent job today. She was punctual, professional, and solved all the plumbing problems efficiently. She also shared useful maintenance advice and kindly helped with other minor repairs. She made sure to thoroughly inspect everything before leaving, which gave me peace of mind. Mahara was great in dealing with our shower repair. She was informative, giving us options and explaining what she would recommend in detail. Appreciated how she was very respectful of our house and keeping her work area clean and tidy. She also went the extra mile and found us a contractor to replace the drywall due to the shower issue. Our retired plumber had interviewed her before he referred her to us so I knew she would be good. Thanks Mahara!

Absolutely thrilled with my new hot water tank installed by Princess Plumbing! Mahara made scheduling the appointment easy. From start to finish the work was organized, tidy and looks amazing! Mahara is knowledgeable and efficient. I had an excellent experience with Princess Plumbing! They came out on a Friday evening at 8 PM to unclog a sewer line. From start to finish, their service was outstanding. The technician was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. Mahara clearly explained what the issue was and how she was going to fix it. Communication throughout the process was great, and I really appreciated how clean and respectful they were while working in and around the house. Customer service was top-notch, and you could tell they genuinely cared about doing the job right. It’s not easy to find reliable service that late in the day, but they made it stress-free. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to call again in the future.
