Very disappointed in the children's wreck room the heat is on at 27degrees at ground level at the top of the play place could be above 30 degrees very unsafe for kids who are paying members too they said it would be fixed by August witch is 6 months away but if it was the rest of the gym it would be fixed within a week kids are a priority too manager dose not care 👎

I have been with the Y for about 7 years now due to having children that utilize the child-minding and rec area. It's a fantastic place to be. The community Ive built over these years is now what keeps there. It does get busy with the younger generation after school hours which is a bit annoying but I am happy to see them in the gym, they just need to learn some etiquette. The staff are great and have become part of my Y family. My only gripe is the constant increase in price year after year. It's almost becoming unaffordable due to every other gym being cheaper. There should be a loyalty program for those who have been there for years.

Horrible customer service. Workers were swearing at my kids for working out. There is a girl who is always trying to get my kids in trouble.DO NOT RECCOMEND

I dont normally have a bad thing to say about staff but I went into this afternoon and forgot my fob. So I went to the front to ask to get in and I usually don't have a hard time with it until today. The lady at the front was completely rude and unprofessional. I hope she ups her customer service skills!!!

I love this place. Staff are great Inclusive people clean environment, ample space in training areas, great equipment for cardio, weights, H.I.I.T, many class options, massage, physio, gymnasium, if you enjoy exercise or training or playing this is the place to be, they also have a kid friendly spaces as well. A must see the Prince George YMCA! If you want a good time to go when there are not a bunch of teenagers avoid the afternoons around 2pm.

It would be really nice if there was a rule on how many people to a piece of equipment. The gym is always overcrowded with teens. Yes it is nice that they have a space to work out but having 4-5 teenage boys all standing around a machine you want to use while taking pictures and flexing for over 20 minutes is a bit ridiculous. I am always having to modify my planned workout because of equipment availability and overcrowding.
