WOW! I was very impressed with the whole experience. I was in Prince Albert working and broke a tooth. The staff fit me for an emergency appointment. The dentist and assistant were amazing! They fixed the tooth right away so I could go on with my day . I have never had such a problem free dental procedure! I wish I lived in Prince Albert so I could switch to this clinic. David Newton

This was my second visit to this smiles location. My first one left me a little anxious, but this time it was amazing. I had a filling done and I gotta say I didn’t feel a single needle!! Dr Arcand, Carrie and Jen (I hope I got everyone’s name right)were fabulous!! Explained everything as we went along, and didn’t rush through my appt! The filling I got looks fabulous and you would never know it was there! The front end staff are also very helpful and accommodating! If you are looking for a dentist or are unhappy where your at, give these guys a call, you won’t be disappointed.

I have been visiting the clinic since I moved to Prince Albert a few years ago. I found Dr. Kopchynski to be highly professional and skilled. His advice is clear, practical and tailored to the issue, demonstrating deep expertise. Dr. Kopchynski is skillful and precise when performing any procedures. The dental hygienists are also very skilled and pleasant to deal with. Amanda performed my cleaning this morning, and it was a breeze and she ensured that there was no discomfort and once the cleaning was done, she informed me of the general condition, and took time to explain it on the chart. Highly recommended.

Appointment took forever. Made me come early to fill out a new patient form. Then when they took me in, the hygienist asked me all the same questions as the questionnaire that I had just filled out. Then she had to type it all in. Was trying to take photos of my teeth with a camera that wouldn't work. She didn't seem to know how the x-ray machine worked. I told her that I didn't need x-rays because I don't think you need your head blasted with x-rays every six months, but she said that we need to do them. Was an hour past my appointment start time before she even started the cleaning. Kept the same gloves on for everything. Typing and mouse work, Camera, X-ray machine, and back into my mouth after each one. The polishing was pretty hit and miss as well. Skipped around and seemed to miss a lot. Dentist was very good, though. He came in, washed his hands, put on new gloves, and when he asked for a second look at my teeth, he put on new gloves. Also very expensive compared to the last place I went for a cleaning.
