We had an emergency lock situation and Alex, the owner of Prime Locksmith, went above and beyond to help us. He drove all the way from Calgary to High River to assist us, which we truly appreciated. His work was quick, clean, and very professional. Alex was extremely respectful and made a stressful situation much easier for us. The best part was that even though this was an emergency call, his pricing was very reasonable. If you ever need a locksmith, I would absolutely recommend Alex, Reliable, professional, and genuinely cares about helping his customers

We are very happy with the service Alex provided us in troubleshooting and rekeying the locks in our home. He was very knowledgeable, fast, and efficient. Quick and Efficient Service. My car keys broke and I tried calling several car key locksmith’s but they were either not available or charged ridiculous prices. Called Prime Locksmith and spoke to Alexander, he gave me a better quote than all the other locksmiths I had called. I got a new set of keys within 20 minutes of my appointment! Great customer service and very friendly guy. Would highly recommend.

I can't recommend Prime Locksmith enough! We were on a ski trip in Banff this week and had the classic nightmare of locking the keys to our GMC Terrain inside after a full day on the slopes. It was freezing, getting dark and we were stranded with no spare key. Luckily we found Prime Locksmith, called them and they answered right away (even though it was after hours), understood the situation and had a tech headed our way within 20 minutes. No upselling, no hidden fees - just straightforward, professional service. The guy was super friendly, worked quickly and had us back in the car in under 10 minutes. Seriously, if you're in the Banff area and need a reliable locksmith for car lockouts, lost keys, or emergency lockouts, call these guys. They're fast, honest and know exactly what they're doing. Saved our trip and our sanity. 10/10 would use again (hopefully never have to, haha!)
