During my upper lip waxing service, the staff member caused a cut on my lip and it was bleeding. The service felt rushed, and there was no apology which was quite disappointing.

Came to premier brow bar today for a quick threading touch up and I was really happy with how my brows turned out! Monika was clean, very skilled and gave me a relaxing brow massage at the end :) will be coming back!

First time here. I was shocked when I went to pay that it was almost $20 for threading eyebrows only. Everywhere I have gone is half the price. Especially considering the fact it only takes 5-10 Mins. However that been said, my eyebrows came out perfect. This is the best they've looked.

Jass and Mona are the absolute best at what they do and they provide the best service. Always a very clean, professional and comfortable experience coming by, and I’ve been going to them for years now on a bi-weekly basis. I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for over a decade, and only trust Jass and Mona and their expertise. I’ve never trusted anyone with my eyebrows as much as I do with them. I highly recommend this location.

Love this place! Monica is amazing at threading and waxing! I’ve gone many times, but one time I decided to go to Diva Brow Bar instead and they horribly screwed up the width and shape of my eyebrows. So I went to Monica at Premier and she promptly fixed my eyebrows and made them perfect again. Truly an honour and very talented. Thank you, Monica! Only place I go now! Very friendly and professional.
