Please please incorporate more free weights systems. One smith machine would go along way. All the emphasis on cardio seems like it came out of the 80's craze. The benefits of strength training for the older generation has shown to be one of the biggest factors to reduce age injuries. I can get cardio from other sources, but weights are a must for me so its kind of useless. I have heard about a possible expansion to become a true fitness facility and my suggestion is to get a more equal mix of cardio/weights.

not much of a weight selection after seeing the pics, the whole thing seems geared to cardio, of which older people are averse too. probably built by some gen z person that has never been in a gym. My age 60, bad hips, knees etc, not likely to ride bikes. After seeing the inside via pics, it didn't seem like a real gym

A nice gym except for the carpets. Never seen a gym with carpets ! They would have to shampoo them weekly to keep them sanitary. So wrong !

I very much enjoyed my visit to the pool at the Predator Ridge Fitness Centre. The staff were helpful and friendly. Aqua fitness equipment that was available and the extra long pool combined to help me make the most of my watery workout. Next time I will try the aqua exercise bike.

The staff are very warm and welcoming. Good variety in the gym equipment, but does lack a free weight barbell rack. All gym and pool facilities are kept very clean.
