These guys are the absolute best. They are honest, kind, and very knowledgeable. Precise is the best shop I’ve ever dealt with. I will never go anywhere else to have my Audi repaired. A good mechanic is hard to find, so I feel lucky my two girlfriends referred me to Precise. The owner, Jeff, runs a classy shop. It doesn’t feel like a typical mechanic shop when you arrive. The environment is professional and clean and their customer service is phenomenal. Chase is very responsive when I need to make an appt and he stays in regular contact when my car is having work done. Thank you, Precise.

Had a full brake job done, front and rear, dropped off the truck in the morning and was ready to go when I got off work. Adam was in touch throughout the day to let me know how things were going and provided a very professional service. This shop is new to me and all in all, I can say they didn't try to up-sell me, could answer all my questions without hesitation, and were extremely friendly. Prices were as stated and even ended up lower than my quote. Even had a quote done for tires, will return 100% Lowest shop rates in nanaimo 10/10 will be back
