This shop is amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends. Upon the recommendation from a trusted friend we gave them a call for an emergency repair (My Friend filled her car with diesel instead of gas and had to be up Island as soon as possible) From the first phone call to the last this shop kept us informed. Presice Mechanical. The owner Mike runs a great crew. I have had the pleasure of using 2 out of 3 locations, East Wellington and today was the Downtown location. Spencer, the downtown servicewrighter was very polite and professional. I was emailed a estimate before the work was undertaken. That was very much appreciated. My truck ready for pick up when they said and with a recommendation to replace the front brakes in a few months. I 100% recommend Presice Mechanical for all you vehicles mechanical needs. Keep up the good work.

Being a bit of a mechanic myself I could tell these guys did a great job, very honest. I was shocked at how low my bill was, they could easily have charged me more! Had my car fixed the day after I called, very excellent service! I will be taking all my vehicles there from now on :) Wish I knew about them sooner !

I discovered PM purely by chance when I moved to Nanaimo, since they were the closest to where I live. I'd say I lucked out. I'm an amateur car guy and have a small knowledge of things through past experience of owing a variety of cars. Not only are their extensive work order prices (timing belt, water pump, etc) less than the Vancouver market rate, but I've found them to be exceedingly accommodating, even on a short notice. I cannot stress enough how courteous, professional, and transparent the staff are. From an urgent diagnoses to a full on inspection to fixing an idiopathic symptom, these guys have always delivered and raised the standard of service every time I visit. I had an issue with cabin heat and I dropped by on a holiday to chat about the issue, not expecting anything to come out of it; despite being seemingly busy Cam took the car in and fixed it in 1 hour. Spencer has been also very attentive professional. The prompt and accurate service is not an outlier, but a pattern... and I am thankful that PM has been a part of my car journey.
