Stephanie is hands down one of the best chiropractors I’ve worked with. She listens, takes the time to understand what’s going on, and makes every visit feel personal and comfortable. As a runner, I appreciate how attentive she is to movement, recovery, and keeping my body performing well. She somehow makes going to the chiropractor feel fun and something I actually look forward to. I was referred to Hannah Y. RMT by my sons. She is very experienced, has excellent strength, and uses unique techniques that I have not experienced with other massage therapists, that truly make a difference. I noticed an immediate release of tensions during and after the treatment. I felt awesome. She is my go-to RMT, and I confidently recommend her anyone. My entire family also see Hannah and always feels great after the therapy. This Pretherapy location in Burnaby, the clinic maintains a clean, hygienic, and well-organized office environment, which adds to the overall great experience. I highly recommend Hannah to anyone looking for high-quality RMT services and wanting to get their body aches/tensions released and start the healing. Thank you again.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Joseph Yung. From the very first session, he made me feel incredibly comfortable, safe, and confident in his care. I’ve been dealing with chronic neck and back pain for years, and after seeing many professionals, his treatment truly made a difference. He always begins with a thorough and relaxing massage, which helps my body ease into the adjustment and makes the entire experience feel calm and reassuring. His approach is highly professional, attentive, and clearly based on deep expertise. Dr. Yung is someone I genuinely trust, and I’m very grateful to have finally found a chiropractor who brought real relief after so many years. I’ve been here four times and had a great experience each time. Originally I came in just to take advantage of my benefits but I have had some lower and upper back pain. Sure the massages were very relaxing and nice but what really stuck with me was the advice I got. I’ve since essentially eliminated most of my back pain via the advice Marcus Too gave me. He’s a great RMT and helped me source a lot of the probable causes for my pain. Since incorporating it I’ve had a lot less pain in my back, especially my lower back. Also the premises are spotless and relaxing and the receptionists are very kind, professional and helpful! They also make billing through my insurer as painless as possible. Definitely recommend!

I randomly made a booking to Malcom Giang and glad I did. He is an amazing professional, who listens to your concerns and provides remedies accordingly. I am a desk worker and had a lot of tension in neck, shoulders and lower back. I had three appointments with him on three different occasions. Every time I feel so good and relaxed after the massage. They also have direct billing with Insurance, it’s convenient for handling. Even though their hourly charges are a bit higher than other RMT, they don’t accept tip. So our cost would be pretty much the same. I highly recommend this place and Malcom and hoping to return soon.
