It was a 50/50 service for me. There was a leak at our main floor washroom that flooded the basement, he came and fix the problem right away. I paid for the service immediately, he promised to send me the invoice and the plumber's report for me to use for the insurance claim the same day but did not comply. I followed up every other day and kept saying that he will provide but nothing. It went weeks up to 2 months but no reply until he blocked my number and now I cannot reached him. Just a public service reminder... Next time you need a plumber service, kindly avoid him or use him at your own risk.

worked super slow on my well, RO. He would say that I am coming on so and so day and wouldn’t show up. Sometime he would show up but not at the time promised. Our well wasn’t working even after he had put in new pump. He was going to put a new foot valve in . I was supposed to leave for an international flight that night and this guys didn’t answer my calls , I was about to cancel my plans to travel when he showed up. We paid him in full even though he hasn’t yet installed the well head cap. He said he will install the cap so I took his word and paid him in full. Inhale been calling him since late November and this guy hasn’t picked up my phone yet.
