Joining the Professional Photographers of Canada (PPOC) has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my photography career! The accreditation and designation system gives me clear goals to strive for and a real sense of accomplishment as I hit each milestone. Plus, the educational and competitive opportunities keep me on my toes and push me to be better every day. What I love most is the camaraderie. The members are so welcoming and inclusive—it’s like being part of a big, creative family. If you’re serious about photography and want to be part of an awesome community, PPOC is where it’s at!!

The Canadian professional association where photographers champion each other and build the health of our industry through sharing collective knowledge and skills. I’ve met some of my closest friends through this organization, who have helped me build my confidence, my skillset, my business and my quality of life.

I've been a member of the PPOC for over 10 years now and it has played an integral part in my development as a professional photographer. I have met many amazing people that I now call friends. The PPOC is a wonderful association that all professional photographers should join. It is the only Canadian association that accredits photographers, and members are friendly and helpful. I have grown so much as a photographer and business owner over the years because of being a member.
