I had a microwave / hood fan installed in December that required a new plug to be wired. The experience was excellent. They were upfront about the costs and there were no surprises in the end. The young electrician they sent was polite and very professional.

It’s a Sunday afternoon and I was putting a piece of furniture together in my office when suddenly the power went out. I tried flipping the breakers but nothing happened. I called the emergency line, and a nice guy named Mike taught me there’s a button on my bathroom plug I could press to reset everything! Saved me a ton of stress and money, thank you for your kindness :)

Great service, and on a Sunday. Mike listened to my problem (apartment building, serious interior lighting problem) and immediately sent Paul to investigate. He was here in 30 minutes (it's outside of Ottawa). Took about 40 minutes to locate and correct the issue. Very personable, efficient and professional. Keeping this number handy, these guys are great!

Had an electrical panel issue today (Sunday) and gave them a call. They picked up - Mike was very friendly and polite and arranged to have someone to take a look. They were there within an hour. The electrician Paul was also polite, professional, and identified the issue quickly. There was good follow up communication. Overall great customer service.

If you're looking for skilled, punctual, and professional electricians you can trust, Power Surge is who you want to call. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mike about a small job I was hoping to get done quickly. Mike had Justin come by less than 24 hours after we spoke to sort out my electrical needs. The cost was incredibly reasonable, and Justin was lovely to deal with. He left my home tidy after the work, and didn't hesitate to answer any questions I had while he was here. Mike even came by personally to check out what was done - he clearly takes pride in his team and his company. Power Surge is now my "go to" when I need an electrician. Thanks gentlemen!
