Done with this place. First time got a great foot massage. Last 2 times, nothing. And they start way after my girlfriend and they end way before but charge the same. Seats don't recline either. They do a good job on the nails though thus the two stars

I had an unpleasant experience at the reception. When I asked the older woman at the front desk about the price for an acrylic manicure and more information about the process, she spoke to me in a very rude and aggressive way. In the middle of our conversation, she started talking to another woman in her Chinese language while pointing toward me with her eyes, which made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. She also kept staring at my Afro hair, which felt unprofessional and inappropriate. I hope the salon takes this seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with respect and fairness.

Got my nails done from these folks and not even a few days later they started to chip and peel off. I have been getting shellac nail paint since five years and nothing like this has happened. I suspected that they charged me full price and made a student do my nails. Very poor service.

I went in to get an acrylic set because my nails are sore due to the improper fitting of the fake nails. The application was poor- the acrylic was applied too thickly. I wanted them a bit longer, and although she was hesitant, she ended up leaving part of the fake nail on the tips of my natural nails and was going to glue another nail over that until I bit off the fake nails. l asked for a dark, dark green, but they started applying turquoise, assuring me it would turn into a dark green. By the end, ! left unhappy and decided to come in today to ask for a refund. At first, she said no. The front desk lady told me, "The thickness has to do with the length you wanted." But that's not true-if you look at the picture below, they are clearly overly thick and bumpy. Regarding the tightness of the fake nails, she said, "The style of nail you wanted required that tightness." That makes no sense. I explained that nails shouldn't be so tight that you have to forcefully push them down. These so-called "techniques" caused soreness, making it impossible to do anything without discomfort. I get my nails done regularly, and this place is just a zero out of ten. Unbelievable price for this set-l genuinely cannot believe it. She basically said the price was based on the time it took. I tried to understand, but if they knew they were closing at 8 PM, why take me in at 7 PM and then complain about it? l asked for a full $90 refund, but she refused. Instead, they refunded me $30, claiming it was because she stayed "overtime." That's not my fault-if she knew she wouldn't finish on time, why take me in? It was excuse after excuse. They offered to redo my set, but after this experience, why would I risk another mess up?

I got my nails done here for the first time, and my nail technician, Vincent, did an amazing job! He was incredibly focused and stayed attentive the entire time, which is something I haven’t always experienced at other nail salons. I showed him a picture of what I wanted, and he delivered exactly what I asked for. Vincent took his time, working on each nail with precision and dedication, and the results were absolutely stunning. I’m so happy with my nails and will definitely be returning to have them done by him again. Thank you so much, Vincent!🙌✨
