I think what sets this dental office part is how happy the staff here seems to me. This amounts to more than just friendliness and professionalism. Happy staff = good service. It's that simple. It's cool that they have a slick setup and all the latest technology for a thorough checkup. But that's just the cherry on top.

This dental clinic is excellent. The service is amazing and the entire team is incredibly kind and professional. From the front desk staff to the hygienists and the dentists, everyone has been exceptional. Everything has been a very positive surprise. The appointments are efficient, the care is thorough, and the whole process feels smooth and well organized. They’re usually quite busy and it can be hard to find an appointment, but that just shows how good they are. The facilities are modern and very clean. I truly recommend this place.

I checked out 3 different places for an Invisalign consultation before coming across Port Moody Smile Dental and I instantly knew Dr. Dan was exactly what I was looking for. Knowledgeable, thorough and easy to chat with. All the front desk staff, dental hygienists and assistants are incredibly kind and their booking/emailing system is consistent and straight forward. I'm nearly at the end of the process and so happy with my results so far. Couldn't recommend this place enough for any dental needs!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing clinic and amazing people Port Moody Smile Dental truly lives up to its name. Every visit feels comfortable, transparent, and honest. Their technology makes it so easy to understand what’s going on in your mouth, and I’ve never once felt pressured into unnecessary treatment. The staff are warm, knowledgeable, and always up to date with the latest research. You can tell they genuinely care. I’m really grateful to have found a clinic like this.❤️

I’ve been going here for a few years now, after switching from another dentist. Dr Joon is so pleasant and I have had only positive experiences with him so far. His needles are not painful like my last dentist, which was something I didn’t realize I would want to look for in a dentist. He also always offers and discusses a variety of options for me when it comes to what to do with a shallow cavity or a root canal, etc. The rest of the staff here are all very friendly and take their time answering questions patiently and with detail. When my dental insurance was used up for the year, the front desk helped split up my procedures so that I could come back in the new year when my benefits renewed, so as to not have to pay out of pocket. I also love that I can discuss appointment scheduling with them over text! I’ve seen Dr Catona for an Invisalign consult before, and after exploring different options, it was his recommendation not to proceed (which we both agreed on; that my current smile is fine without adjustment). I really appreciated his professionalism and honesty, which showed me they are not here for cash grabs. I recommend this dental office! Thank you, and keep up the great work, Port Moody Smile!

This was my daughter’s very first dental appointment, and it turned out to be such a positive experience! She felt very comfortable and happy throughout the visit. The team did an amazing job creating a welcoming environment and making her feel at ease. She actually enjoyed the whole experience, which is wonderful for a first visit. The front staff and everyone we interacted with were so kind, patient, and caring. We’re really grateful and highly recommend the Port Moody Smile Dental.
