After injuring myself at work and struggling to find someone who understands the physical and mental hardships that come with it, i finally found Renzo at Hyde Creek. Growing up playing sports and constantly injuring myself, I have been to several physiotherapists for different issues. Not only is Renzo extremely skilled and knowledgeable, but he seamlessly blends all aspects of healing together and cares deeply about your progress and success. Renzo has helped me more than i thought was possible and has taught me more than just exercises to do at home, but a better mindset to carry going forward. I find i leave each session more confident and strong, not only physically, but mentally too.

These guys are amazing! The front desk are super kind and patient, and my physio Brenden is an absolute gem. He goes above and beyond everytime I see him, and I always wake up the next day feeling better. He also does a great job of talking you through some of the mental side effects that come with an injury - which is VERY much appreciated.
Can't say enough great things about this clinic.

This review comes very late, but I believe it is still relevant: In the latter half of 2019 I needed vestibular rehabilitation as well as physiotherapy for a work-related back injury. I called the Hyde Creek location and, even though the vestibular physiotherapist was already over-booked, she squeezed me into her schedule. Cathy Crawley is a most dedicated, caring, qualified and personable vestibular physiotherapist, and she worked with me through many months to retrain my brain and restore my balance. Brendan Light first treated my back injury with intramuscular stimulation to quickly relieve the pain, and then Tamara Roughead took over with manual- and exercise-therapy.
The COVID-19 pandemic shut down the clinic one session short of my full WorkSafe-funded treatment regiment. Tamara left a phone message for me when they reopened saying that they still owed me a treatment, and I must apologise for not getting back to her as I had become quite busy working from home. Noteworthy is the excellent communication, whether in-person, via electronic-mail and telephone, by the physiotherapists and the receptionists. Clients can send feedback and recovery progress reports directly to their therapists, and receive tailored exercises and advice, via e-mail. The professionals at this clinic truly understand and care about their clients' unique backgrounds and challenges; they really get to know people as human beings and not just as another patient. My interactions with staff at the clinic was like talking to friends. As with other clinics, if a WorkSafe claim has not yet been approved, clients can opt to start treatment by paying by credit card; as soon as WorkSafe provides a claim number (usually after the first one or two treatments), the clinic reimburses the client via a credit-card refund. If you have a health benefits programme (e.g. at your employment), the clinic provides detailed receipts which make benefits claims very easy. (When I was a client, the clinic did not have a direct-billing option.)

I am a regular client, receiving treatment monthly since the mid-90s. I simply would not be able to move without these treatments. I look forward to each and every visit. The staff are caring, compassionate and knowledgeable.
