Avoid this business – extremely untrustworthy. I asked the owner directly if the key fob he was selling was guaranteed to work. He laughed and confidently said, “Of course it will work. I would never keep your money if it doesn't.” Three days later, I brought my car to him, and the fob didn’t work. He immediately blamed the car and told me he couldn’t issue a refund. Instead, he suggested I take the fob to the dealership and see if they could install it – knowing full well that no reputable dealer would touch a third-party part. We’re now out $175, and it’s clear this person doesn’t stand by his word or care about customer satisfaction. Be warned – do not trust this company with your money.

Igor is a fantastic locksmith, my business had an issue with a faulty lock at closing time and he arrived within 25 mins. The building is new and has a complex door system, he quickly identified the problem and replaced the faulty mechanism and lock. He also has a funny Soviet sense of humour which lent to great conversation and laughs along the way. I would highly recommend for a friendly, quick and well priced locksmith. Спасибо Comrade Igor!
