I made an appointment for 11:00 on March 9th, and when I arrived they seated me right away. I showed the nail tech a photo of what I wanted and told her, “It’s okay if you can’t do everything in the photo, something similar is fine,” since other nail salons usually tell me they can’t recreate designs like that. But here, the nail tech immediately said they could do it and she actually recreated every single detail from the photo. My nails turned out absolutely fantastic, and I’m so happy with how they look. I also got my last set done here, which is why I came back again on March 9th. Both times they’ve done an amazing job and made my nails look perfect. 10/10, I definitely recommend this place!

I’ve been coming here for 2-3 years and it has gone drastically down hill. It used to be my favourite but after my most recent experience I will not be back. I came in for a new set after taking a short break from acrylics before I left on vacation, upon arrival I was sat with a new male nail artist that I have never seen or had my nails done by before, I didn’t think it would be an issue as I’ve had both male nail techs there do my nails previously and they were some of my favourite sets. I showed him a picture of what I wanted which I’ll put down below (I said exactly like the picture shape, slightly longer in length, design etc.) and he began the appointment, once the tips were on and he started cutting them he almost cut the tip of my finger OFF, it was bright red and sore for days. If I had not pulled my hand away it would have been cut, I relayed I liked my nails pretty long and there should have been no reason they were being cut that close to my skin, he did not listen to me at all, did not apologize, and continued cutting my nails far to short.Once he shaped some of the tips I quickly realized I was not going to get the nails or design I wanted for my vacation. I said I would like to leave and not continue the service. I got up and left and will never come back, I couldn’t believe after coming here for years the service I got was so poor. They need to go back to basics, properly train their staff. Below is what I requested and what I had as I left.

Very kind staff, the nails were not the best but definitely not the worst, they did them very efficiently which I liked. The French tips were not even but I didnt correct the stylist because it is on them to show me their level of work when I first visit a place. My usual place was full so I figured Id give them a shot and they didnt disappoint but could have done better. For the staff members reputation I wont mention who the stylist was but I visited as a walk in appointment around 1pm on September 30th. I hope this review helps them improve, I do not have any ill will towards them.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism and customer care at this salon. We came in for pedicures, which were fine, and then opted for regular polish on our nails. We sat and waited a significant amount of time for them to dry—wore flip-flops specifically to avoid smudging—and left thinking all was well. Less than six hours later, the polish on both big toes was completely smudged. This is after we had done everything right on our end to prevent that. At that point, the polish should have been fully dry. When we returned to have the issue corrected (barely hours later), we were met with dismissiveness and excuses. We were told that "regular polish takes hours to dry"—as if we hadn’t already waited hours—and were then informed we’d have to pay again to fix what was clearly a poor job on their part. This level of service is completely unacceptable. At any reputable salon, a situation like this would have been corrected without question and certainly without charging the customer twice. Needless to say, we won’t be back—and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects even a basic standard of customer service.

Tee is my nail technician and I absolutely love her work. I have acrylic nails and get a fill every three weeks, and I'm always excited for her work. She does flowers and snowflakes by hand with the tiniest brush I've ever seen and I always get compliments on my nails. The acrylic nails are always smooth and even, and the gel polish is always beautiful. I've shared some of my summer 2024 styles here - the got pink and blue are on my way to get a new set so have grown out. The light pink chrome is a fresh set!
