I like my nail turn out good I was scared she gonna make them to tick as I read in reviews but the lady made mine was so professional she know what she doing I like the under finish I’m so picky about that and the st looks natural I love it Thanks

I was a long time customer (regular) every 2-3 weeks and I would bring family members often .. the lady that is usually in charge is a total sweetheart! The staff are amazing & I got to know everyone there. Today the place lost my business completely. The male who comes in every so often barking ticked me off so bad and if there wasn’t a bridal party there he would have gotten my two cents. The staff there are usually happy and friendly and every time he is there he’s always running around like a chicken with no darn head all over the place and treating the staff like slaves. Then the original reason for my visit was skipped and he tried to push it off to tomorrow and took the one service that brought in more money. I’ve seen this guy too many times walk in there treat all the usually smiling staff with disrespect and push push push… they never smile or talk when he is there. He is about quantity not quality and if he had any actual logic he would know a salon would have better luck proving quality and you would have more people coming back on the slowest days. I will miss my friends. I can not support a business that doesn’t allow staff to eat just because it’s busy.

My sister got her toes done here and within hours she had so much pain in her big toe, the next day she went to urgent care. She had a massive infection starting. Her nail was damaged and the Dr's had to give her antibiotics. Now a few days later she's had to have the infection drained from her toenail. Her foot was all red and you could clearly see the infection. Im so disgusted with this chop shop. You guys should be shut down. Stop reusing your tools. Your aprons are gross and your tools shouldnt be shoved into pockets and you should have enough thought to be sanitary and clean, following the codes set in place to run a business. My sister has been a long time customer and has always been loyal and to miss work and deal with so much pain, she won't ever be back here again. I will be filing a complaint and have your store inspected. -inspection was done and massive issues have been found. Beware when going here.

I have to admit, I don’t get my nails done often, so I don’t have much to compare to—but I took my niece here for a special auntie-and-niece birthday, and they totally “nailed” it!😜 We had such a great experience. The girls did a great job recreating both designs we picked out—even though mine was a bit more complex. I went in with low expectations since we were walk-ins, but I left super happy with how everything turned out.

The worst by far nail experience ever. I walked in to try this nail salon near my house. Asked how much to get a manicure with just my natural nails. Lady told me it was $47. I showed her what i wanted and said they can do it. This guy probably a newbie tried cleaning my nails and cut me not once but three times. Made my nails bleed and tried to hide it. Said sorry everytime he made me bleed and i was nice to him and said its okay. Did not even try to clean my wound i had to ask for them to clean it and put alcohol for it was bleeding. At this point the other nail tech took over and i was hoping she would try and make it up for the wounds and do a good job at the ombre design i picked. But i was pissed because they not only made my nails bleed but also did a bad job at the nails they did. It was not even close to what i wanted. At the end i still paid for the services she said she only charge me $37 which is what the original price is in the first place. There wasnt even a $47 charge on their website the only $47 was for a sonar fill. Just tried to overcharge me and i ended up paying for the actual price with wounds. WILL NEVER GO BACK.
