I recently had a panel/service upgrade and some light fixtures installed. The pricing was very competitive, and the customer service was absolutely top-notch—if I could give them 10 stars, I would! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Thank you for the excellent work—I would not hesitate to contact them again for any electrical needs in the future.

Great service very professional. Quote was provided quickly and was competitive. Work was completed on a timely basis faster than the estimate. Mike was great, well spoken and communicated issues/resolutions clearly. Give this man a raise. I highly recommend.

After the nightmare of Winter 2024 we decided to get backup power our current government cant be trusted to do the bare minimum for Albertan’s health and safety. I reached out to multiple master electricians about installing a critical load panel for an ecoflow whole home battery backup. All of them had never heard of whole home batteries and were invested in selling me a gas generator. I live in a neighbourhood were I would have to retro fit my garage to store and exhaust the generator as well as upgrade security as a generator running would be an invitation to try and steal it. For $1500 more I bought a battery than can run critical functions (furnace, freezer, fridge, water heater, lights) silently for for at least 4 hours on a single charge. I finally reached out to solar installers to see if any of them new what I was talking about. Polar Express were referred, and they supplied and installed a critical load panel. They tied the panel to the main panel in half a day, cleanly and thoughtfully. They gave great instructions in how to operate the panel and were very communicative throughout the entire process. Would absolutely recommend and have used them again for stringing circuits in the kitchen.

Reached out to Polar Electric after coming across a Facebook Post they had showing a recent Generator Transfer Switch Install. They got back to me very quickly. Rob came out and determined what was needed then Cory worked with me to ensure I got the exact system I was looking for. Trevor completed the install which appeared to be a fairly large job. There were some items which required an additional visit therefore I worked with Tracy to schedule that. Mark came out a few days later and finished it without issue. I would highly recommend Polar Electric, they clearly know their stuff. They were all very friendly and patient when it came to my questions. Would use them again in the future.
