Polar Electric were nothing but fantastic. Rob came to our house and gave us a very professional detailed reasonable quote. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some good suggestions. Dan did all the pot light installations. We can’t say enough about his workmanship knowledge and professionalism. Everything was done very professionally and their detail to the finished product was amazing. They were fast and very clean. They ensured that everything was cleaned and left like they found it. I had 3 ceiling fans/lights combo in 3 bedrooms and 2 hallway ceiling lights replaced. I purchased the new items ftom Home Depot and Polar Electric Contracting replaced them for me. Getting site inspection and quote done was quick. Follow up to my questions via email was delayed had to keep calling office to get my answers which spanned numerous weeks to get. Tech was given wrong address by their office team despite my quote having the correct address. Tech ( young lady ) was professional, kept a clean work place, efficient explained issues and resolved them and responded to my questions She did a great job with the installations and clean up. Overall the installation went well, the cost of the job was very reasonable. Job well done.

We are very happy with the quick response and service we received from Polar Electric. We had an urgent issue with our meter box that required immediate attention. A technician was able to come out the same day to do a repair and restore power until the issue can be fully resolved. We are especially pleased that he is able to coordinate directly with the service provider until our new meter box is installed. I would consider Polar Electric Contracting Ltd for any of our future needs and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

We had an issue with our dishwasher ( junction box burnt) Polar Electric was very professional when assessing and remedying the issue. On-site they were courteous, polite and cleaned up the work area. Excellent customer service delivery, I would highly recommend them. Thank you so much.

We.had Dan recently come to the our house to install a new dining light fixture. He was great to deal with! Very professional and knowledgeable, as he assisted ecplaining some additional electeical items. He arrived right on time and did an awesome job. He also provided an upgrade on the dimmer switch, which we appreciated. Polar's administration was also great to deal with, setting up the appt. Very professional and responsive. Would definitely recommend Polar Ekectric and will use them again when the need arises. Grant B.
