We had a small job running some circuits in a new business. All staff that I dealt with were respectable and competent. The two man team came in and had the job done within 6 hours and the final invoice was exactly the same as the quoted price down to the penny. I would definitely use them again.

I purchased a new condo and because it did not have A/C I decided to install a separate outlet as the A/C unit is 14,000 BTU and it kept tripping the circuit it was on currently. It was recommended I have a separate and distinct outlet for the proper use of this A/C. I have a big main area and this size of A/C made my unit comfortable. I used another Electrical contractor as Polar was busy. BOY am I glad it did. I discovered that they installed 13 outlets on one circuit. From what I understand this is NOT to code. 12 outlets is the Maximum and you should have less of a load on one circuit. Finding this out I also decided to split out the circuit to make it safer and to have a lesser load. The city has also approved this as well. I tried to get the money back from Polar for the extra I spent on splitting out the circuit but they came back with a page from their 'Code Book' - dated 2015 - that 12+ is okay if the load is known not to exceed 80%. I have a page from the 'proper and updated Code Book' that states 12 is the max. It is STILL not to code. I'll never use these people and WARNING, if you find out that they did the electrical in your unit BEFORE YOU PURCHASE OR DURING INSPECTION .. ASK, you SHOULD inspect your unit for this discrepancy.
