I waited for 25 minutes past my appointment time today for my cleaning just to be told the person I had booked it with over 5 months ago (my normal hygienist) didn’t work today and it would be with someone else. A heads up that I would have someone different doing my cleaning is expected (I would have rescheduled) and especially not okay to be told this after waiting over 20min into my appt time. It wasted my time I took off work for the appointment. No apologies from staff- just blamed me and said that I should have let them know if I only wanted the one hygienist. That is why I booked it specifically with her months ago? My family members keep having multiple really bad experiences here, but I kept coming back for cleanings because I liked my hygienist a lot. My sister was in a few months ago and had a terrible experience- they gave her a $5 Starbucks card to make up for it. Sad because I really liked my hygienist and I hate leaving bad reviews, but did not feel like I was treated well today.

I always have a great experience, this time around Jasmine helped with the cleaning and she was phenomenal. Pam up at the front desk was so helpful and sweet, she went out of her way to help get me in before the holidays!

Love coming here! The staff is so sweet and kind and the receptionist is the best. I can always get an appointment on time and they do a great job with cleanings

Very comfortable and expert dental service. I have been coming here since moving to PoCo in 2018 and Dr Khakh and her team are amazing. Their staff is friendly, kind and treat all patients with care and love. They also have the ability to make kids comfortable for their check ups and treatments as well.

I called in advance to check they were suitable for young kids and this was confirmed. They were running late, that’s fine. X-rays were conducted and my son kept gagging on the tabs because they were too large for his mouth. He was asked several times to sit higher up in the chair but he couldn’t because the chair was too big, a booster or pillow would be required for proper positioning. The light was directed into his eyes and he was not able to watch the tv screen provided on the ceiling. I was hoping the tv would help to distract him from the treatment. The dentist assessed my child’s throat and jaw area with her ungloved hands. My son commented they strongly smelled like oranges, so they weren’t thoroughly cleaned either. The dentist made comments discreetly to the hygienist but did not discuss with me the results of the examination. After she left, the hygienist informed me that he required a filling. It seemed weird and a bit disrespectful that we were not told directly. In my previous experience with dentists, it’s common for the dentist to discuss matters directly with patients and family. To top it off, when requesting for my receipt, I noticed an error in the spelling of our last name. A corrected copy was not offered. Upon reviewing the document later, I found they also entered my address incorrectly. Perhaps this place would be fine for an adult, but there were too many negative things about our visit. It’s so important especially for children to establish a positive dental experience, unfortunately this clinic did not provide that.
