I always go to Poco Beauty Salon because I love my experience here. I get threading, waxing, and laser done with Raj and I get back such positive results along with great customer service! They really know how to make their customers feel welcomed.

I got my eyebrows done here and I’m honestly so happy with the results. It was my best experience ever — the shape was perfect and exactly what I wanted. The staff is very professional and makes you feel comfortable. I also always come here for hair services, waxing, and facials, and every single time the service is amazing. They are very skilled, hygienic, and truly care about their clients. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality and professional beauty services.

I had a very bad experience at this salon. I went in to get my nails done, but the lady who was supposed to do them had absolutely no idea what she was doing. I asked for a basic manicure, and it was obvious from the beginning that she wasn’t even at a beginner level — it felt like someone who had never done the job before. I tried to give her a chance, but the result didn’t improve at all. In fact, my nails looked worse than when I walked in. I had to ask her to stop before she even got to the polishing step because the cleaning and shaping of my nails were terrible. It was clear that I was not happy with the service, yet they still made me pay $20 for essentially nothing. She didn’t do the job properly, she was extremely slow, and they made no effort to address the issue or offer any solution. This was my first time at this salon, and unfortunately, they showed no concern for customer satisfaction — only for taking my money. Don’t waste your money here. I ended up paying $20 for a service that was very poor, and they knew it.
