The guys did a great job changing out our on demand hot water heater. Very neat and tidy. They also got to it very quickly and we were not without hot water too long!

Do not use this business. Work was completed July 2024, the business then lost the video for sewer scoping I paid for, when I reached out about followup I was ghosted for 8 months. Last week I was hit with a bill for more than was agreed upon, when I contacted the business I was sent a tirade, rather than an apology, and the bill I had to pay was still more than I recall agreeing to. They have clearly bit off more than they can chew and will take it out on you if you question them. If someone has recommended this business to you, find anyone else. No paper trail, no invoice, and no contact until they deign to have you pay and, ironically, no pride that I can see.

Furnace tripped off. Left a message at Prides. He called back in a reasonable time and talked me through a minor reset, replaced filter and it fired up. Very satisfied with the service I received.

We had a bad experience with this service. Our sewer plugged so we had no bathroom. Called the office only to get a voicemail. Left a message and no reply. Called again in the morning and got the voicemail AGAIN. We are now on the 2nd day and no reply. Thank God we found someone that cares.
