Excellent service! Today, of all days, after the first March down poor of rain, my primary sump pump decided to burn out and my secondary could not keep up with the inflow of water. Luckily, I found a number for Plumbing Now and they were able to install a new sump pump within a few hours. The dispatch personnel (Dot) is very polite, reassuring and accommodating - such a delight! Jonathan is very professional, patient, and polite. I am sooooo grateful that they were able to help me out on a Sunday morning!

Larry is very professional (also has a really great sense of humour). He has repaired my well pump wire (on the coldest day of the year 26) and has now installed a new water filtration and softener (my water is REALLY BAD). After installation, he explained in plain English how to take care of the system. I would recommend this plumbing company any time! The work is efficiently done in a timely manner.

I had a great experience! The customer representative was caring, professional, and efficient. Able to schedule an appointment the next day and super friendly to talk to! — Rick, the plumber who came by, was professional, friendly, and really knew his stuff. He explained everything clearly, fixed the issue quickly, and made sure everything was clean before leaving. Also had amazing conversations with him. Highly recommend Plumbing Now and especially Rick for any plumbing needs!
