Have used plumbing 101 twice now . John is clearly a master of his trade, prices are honest and the work is exceptional. The only plumber I’ll ever call.

Our strata council selected John as the plumber for our building after having a negative experience with another plumber. John has been exceptional. He is on time, the jobs are done quickly, his rates are very reasonable, and he is willing to answer questions. Our council has been very pleased to have him as our building's plumber. Highly recommend.

🎉 We've had the pleasure of working with John from Plumbing 101, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience each time. Over the last few years John has installed a new water heater, three toilets, two faucets, and a bathtub with faucets in our home, and the results are top-notch. Had an ongoing boiler issue. Was told to contact John to diagnose the problem. He arrived within a few hours and immediately started troubleshooting. Got tools and equipment for the repair and alterations and prepped for the following day. He is fast, very knowledgeable and excellent at communication, organization and follow up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Every now and then you come across a tradesman who exudes true quality service and workmanship. John from Plumbing 101 is that guy! On time, knows his business and has a wonderful “sink side” manner.
