What amazing service! We had a flood in our basement, PlumbEX was called, the came quickly & did the repairs & offered great advice. If you’re looking for a plumber, I strongly recommend this company. We needed an emergency call on December 23 late morning. I called and talked to Sue, their administrator who was very nice, she had James at our house in Oro Station in about two hours. He was very competent and also a nice guy. After having our septic tank pumped the next morning, she had PJ at our house in a half hour, on Christmas Eve! Also very competent and a very nice guy, after quite a struggle during which he never gave up we are all fine before our company arrived for Christmas. Amazing. Good prices and you won’t be disappointed.

This company did our brand new apartments full plumbing. The first guy that worked onsite was awesome, pleasant, honest and worked a full days work. The crew with Renaldo left us with a destroyed laundry room floor from a flood, waterlines on the exterior of the drywall, numerous damaged sheets of brand new drywall, missing new kitchen faucet, and never once seemed to work a full day. Not to mention a bunch of less major issues along the way AND he cut our fridge line off and capped it for the upstairs fridge…. Why did he even touch that?!? The first guy came back, fixed the line and took the extra step to Reattach it but this was just another issue we encountered. Our final bill was a shocking $22,000 + and MAK Mechanical will accept zero responsibility for the laundry room flood. They did take a fair chunk off our invoice to cover the smaller issues and damaged drywall. We now have to replace our brand new laundry room flooring and part of the subfloor on top of their $22k bill …. I don’t know where we went wrong other than utilizing a company because we trusted the sales person. We will NOT recommend them because of the many many issues and lack of care and accountability for the laundry room damage. Just Very disappointed! we worked hard on that laundry space and scrimped to pay for that laundry room so to have it destroyed by someone else a year later is just disappointing. We tried holding them accountable for the flood but the answer was basically that it’s a he-said she-said and they are going with their employee. So that’s that.

We called a couple of weeks ago now to have our sump pump looked at as it suddenly stopped working one morning. They were able to come and replace it within just a few hours for a really fair price. Their administrator Sue was so kind and informative. I will definitely be reaching out again should I need to!

Great customer service and ability go above and beyond. Julian and Ryan were great. Should up later into the evening than I would normally expected. I thought I had a little problem and soon found out I had a sizeable grease build up over the last 30 years. Which the gentlemen later proved with evidence of what I was dealing with. Which was great just to understand size of my issue. They explained everything, very polite and followed up the job with a cleaning and sterilizing the area they worked in. Would highly recommend.
