I have very sensitive teeth, so I’m always a little nervous about getting my teeth cleaned — but Lauren was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly gentle and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Her professionalism really stood out, and she has a warm manner that immediately puts you at ease. Highly recommend Lauren to anyone, especially if you have sensitive teeth!

Was my first time here and I loved my experience. Dalice is excellent and my hygienist Kiran was absolutely amazing and so very thorough!! Her oral cancer exam is as expected which is rare these days!!! I’m staying here.

I visited Plessis Dental Center in Aug 2025 for full extraction upper and lower with complete upper and lower dentures following healing. The extraction process was top notch; it couldn't get any better. Where the experience turned to absolutely horrible, and the overall reason for my 1-star rating, was from the moment I began the denture process. When I went in for the test fit appointment, he didn't check for proper fit—just got me to put them in and asked how they felt. When I explained that the dentures didn't fit at all, so poorly that they would drop just opening my mouth, the denturist's response was: "You just have to get used to wearing them; it takes some practice." I have had my dentures since the end of October now, and I can't bite into a piece of cheese or even bread without my top denture being dislodged and digging into the front of my gums. The bottom denture was not aligned properly—the one side, the teeth were angled slightly in, and within a month the denture broke. I recently went back to get a reline done on the top denture and the repair to the bottom denture, and both came back worse-fitting than they were originally. Originally, I could get by with denture adhesives; now the adhesives are no longer holding after I eat anything. Even drinking a coffee from Tim's or something will do the same. I'm now left having to find another denturist, and hopefully I can get a new set of dentures covered under the CDCP somehow, but more than likely, I'll now have to pay out of pocket for the replacements, on top of the almost $400.00 I had to pay for the original non-functional dentures, and I believe I even had to pay $100.00 or more for the repair to my lower denture, and left with worse fitting dentures then I originally started with. So my suggestion would be to go somewhere else if you have any denture-related needs. Otherwise, from my experience and the other reviews, standard dental services are top notch.

Plessis Dental Centre is an excellent clinic! Dr. Brar is a wonderful dentist—professional, gentle, and caring. He even takes the time to follow up with you after your visit to make sure you’re doing well, which really shows how much he cares about his patients. The dental assistants, Camille and Ali, are always friendly and make every visit comfortable. The entire team is welcoming and helpful, and the clinic itself is spotless and very well organized. I’m always impressed with the quality of care and the warm atmosphere. I would 100% recommend Plessis Dental Centre to anyone looking for a great dental experience!

Everyone at this location was amazing. Kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. I went with one plan in mind and they explained to me my options and what made more sense for me financially. I am recommending this place to everyone I know. It’s been a long time since I been to a place that had such amazing customer service and I antes to help their patience above all.
