I don’t usually write reviews, but since I’ve been going to Pleasant Valley Dental for close to a year. I figure that I have been there long enough to make a review. My overall impression of Pleasant Valley Dental is that it’s a jewel within Vernon. It’s a nice, modern building which is packed with new equipment in order to expand dentistry in Vernon. But the best is its progressive and knowledgeable dentists, assistants, and staff. I can’t say enough of Pleasant Valley except that I feel extremely confident in being there with such knowledgeable, friendly, and inviting staff. It’s a great place! Craig.

Pleasant Valley Dental has been so great with our family. We have been going since 2012 and they have been excellent ever since they were a wee tiny house on Pleasant Valley Road. When I needed emergency work done due to cracking a tooth, they got me in there as fast as they could and even stayed later into the evening to make sure I was taken care of. From the receptionists up front, to the dentistry team, everyone is so accommodating and professional. I highly recommend Pleasant Valley Dental to anyone looking for a good dental office to take care of your family.

I have had such wonderful experiences at Pleasant Valley Dental. I am an anxious patient and they are ALWAYS so patient and kind with me, accommodating for all of my needs. I would especially like to thank Cindy, who looked after me today while recieving a filling from the dentist. She went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable. She took time to explain the procedure to me step by step making sure I understood and didn't have any questions. She made me laugh, recommended music to help with relaxation and held my hand while I had my injection. She made the whole experience so much less scary and really made me feel safe and in control. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would! Having someone like Cindy makes the world of difference for an anxious patient like myself!

I had a great dental experience at Pleasant Valley Dental! All of the staff and doctors were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable from start to finish and took the time to explain everything clearly. The care I received was excellent, and I truly appreciate how friendly and attentive everyone was. Highly recommend Pleasant Valley Dental!

This clinic isn’t just about its modern building—it’s about an equally modern approach to care. I appreciate the professionalism here; even in urgent situations, the doctors stay connected and ensure you’re supported. It’s a great experience overall. While the services here might seem expensive, they align with the average pricing in the city, based on my observations.
