I can’t say enough good things about this gym. It’s a small, cozy space but somehow has every piece of equipment you could possibly need. From the moment I walked in, it just felt right. The members here are some of the friendliest, most welcoming people I’ve ever met, and the owner is just as incredible — super knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely kind. I’ve never stepped into a gym where I immediately felt so comfortable and accepted. If you’re looking for a place that truly feels motivating and inclusive — exactly what a gym should be like — this is the place! Highly recommend 💪

Shout out to Platinum fitness (Innisfail)... very welcoming room through the ownership/ management and all the great people I've met in the last 3 months in this well-appointed room w/ great atmosphere. Love the camaraderie and the 'hellos'. Thank you for the hospitality, functionality, ease of access and the great array of equipment and amenities. Highly recommend Platinum Fitness! I started training with Feras the owner/trainer of Platinum Fitness a year ago with the goal of getting stronger and maybe losing a bit of weight. What I’ve gained has been so much more—confidence, motivation, and a stronger sense of self. Feras has supported me every step of the way. He’s encouraging, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping you reach your goals. Even when I doubted myself, he believed in me and kept me going. The gym itself is clean, easy to get to, and has a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. It’s not too big, so it feels comfortable and never intimidating. There’s no judgment here—just a supportive community. If you're thinking about getting a personal trainer, I highly recommend Feras. I truly appreciate everything he’s done for me. Platinum Fitness is a place where you can grow, feel empowered, and be part of something positive.

Losing 85lbs has been quite the journey, and I couldn’t have done it without Feras. His knowledge, support, and encouragement have been key to my success. Feras not only helped me lose the weight, he helped me get my life back. I'm beyond grateful. I still have a way to go, but with his guidance, I know I’ll get there. Truly the best trainer ever!

For a gym bobbing its head in the midst of fast food chains at every turn, I would say it's still a very motivational and growth-encouraging setting. I purchased the personal training package as well as a monthly membership and I think it's very much worth its price. As far as I can tell, the staff are knowledgeable and will do their best for you. They aren't money hungry and if they think you need other resources than themselves after a consultation, they will humbly direct you elsewhere. I would definitely say to those conscious about COVID-19 to reconsider coming here because of the smaller setting; but I haven't been left with any regrets. The staff have done well in raising a local and warm community that I can't imagine adopting from another gym at this point. Once you get to know the owners a little more, sometimes you get treated to some very interesting conversation--at best, a healthy debate that helps you feel closer to the gym. Due to the warm and local vibes, this gym is very shame free; all ages are welcomed, and all bodies are too.
