We were referred to Platinum Exteriors by multiple people in our community who hired them to fix hail damage that hit our neighborhood. All of the work looked great and many recommended them as they liked dealing with Cherie. She was helpful from start to finish in our process and even found things that were left out by the initial company our insurance sent for an inspection and estimate. Cherie's process was much more thorough, so we got the full benefit of our claim. She is very knowledgable, honest and easy to work with, we are pleased with the results. The crews who came to do the work were very friendly and answered any questions we had. 10/10!

Platinum Exteriors was a great company to work with to get my hail damage repairs completed. Cherie worked with myself and my Insurance Company to ensure all the necessary repairs were covered. Cherie was easy to reach by email and text and always responded promptly. The crews that came out to perform the work were all very Professional and personable and answered any questions that I had. I would absolutely work with Cherie and this company again!

Excellent service! Cherie is amazing, she is always responded quickly through e-mail, text, or phone call whenever I have any query. She is knowledgeable and friendly. The first contact was very thorough. She caught a bunch of stuff that the insurance company "missed". Cherie (owner) was always available to answer any questions. We had our shingles, siding, Fascia replaced, and window screens repaired, and the quality was top. I know a lot of my neighbors are still waiting for their houses to be started to be fixed, and my house is fully restored already. If you are talking to Cherie, you are in the right place. You will not be disappointed.

Great company to work with. Everyone at Platinum Exteriors was so easy to work with. They were always personable in their approach and incredibly professional in the work they did. The first contact was very thorough. They caught a bunch of stuff the insurance company "missed". Cherie (owner) was always available to answer questions and discuss options. With several suppliers, she was able to negotiate an upgrade in product with no cost increase. We had our shingles, siding, railings and windows replaced and the quality was top notch. I know a lot of my neighbours are still waiting for their houses to be started to be fixed, and my house is fully restored already. I know there is another company that has a similar name that has some bad reviews. This is not that company. If you are talking to Cherie, you are in the right place. You will not be disappointed.

What a great company to work with. They Waited for us to finish the Windows so that they could properly tie in the envelope and Siding on my customer's house. There was more concern about doing it properly than simply rushing the project. I am so impressed with Platinum's team that I would recommend them to anyone.
