I love this gym! I don’t feel intimidated and the 24/7 access is amazing EDIT (changed from 5 starts to 2 stars) The fees increased without being personally notified of such change. There were notes left on the desk in the gym saying the fees may increase for 30/month members but not those who are paying more. I was paying significantly more than 30 a month and my fee still increased to over 50 a month without notification that such change would be happening. Emails should have gone out to each member informing them about the price increase. I like supporting smaller gyms and have no problem with this simple gym but don’t feel this was handled with care and paying over 50 a month for membership seems high for a gym with older equipment and no staff hours.

I’ve been trying to sign up for a membership here and honestly it has been frustrating. Their staffed hours are so limited, around 9:30 to noon and then a short window later in the afternoon, and every time I go in there is no one around. I work 9-5 so it’s hard already as is. You can’t sign up online either. The website is clunky with no option to register and no membership rates listed. I actually wanted to join because the space looked good when I visited, but it should not be this hard to become a member. At this point I’m questioning if it is even worth it.

This gym is amazing. It offers a women’s only work out with great up to date equipment. All the front desk ladies are fantastic and friendly. I really enjoy my time here.

This gym has the friendliest staff ever!! Bre and her crew work hard to keep the atmosphere upbeat and welcoming. I would recommend this gym to any women who wants a clean, friendly and welcoming workout environment. Love it!

Incredible selection of fitness machines and also barbells and free weights. The great thing about this location is the 24 hour option, there are other places with 24 hours but this a 24 hour place with excellent weight selection. The key fob for after hours does cost money, but it would work out well with the prices of the membership. Cancelation fees are also taken off after a while, so there isn't a need to be frightened about the fees if you attend for a few months anyway. There is not a lot of entertainment here, but there is music. I would reccomend bringing your own ear buds and music and you can just zone out and have good work out. There are barbells here in conjunction with a Smith machine. The weights do not go too high, but it is easily sufficient for beginners or those who are interested in getting fit without getting ripped into a muscle bound beast. The staff is very friendly and the place is quite welcoming. The prices are extremely reasonable in comparison to other places in Kamloops.
