I was always looking for a good hairstylist and many times I had to do it myself (disaster) and I thought my hair had lost its spark until I met Sherm ,one of the best things that has ever happened to me is meeting her. She is incredible at what she does and, above all, honest. I always leave with a smile and spectacular hair. Every time I have the opportunity, I recommend Sherm for all types of hair work. And not only that, she is a very accommodating person and truly cares about her clients' interests. The atmosphere is neat, the staff is nice and always looking to make you feel comfortable. I'm always coming back with her and it's been almost a year! ❤️❤️

After not cutting my hair for 5 years because of hair trauma, I was TERRIFIED. Sherm completely changed that for me. She listened, made me feel comfortable, and gave me the BEST cut. My hair feels healthy and revived, and I left feeling like a new person. I’m never going to anyone else again. She’s the only one allowed to touch my hair 😂

The first time I went I got a hair color and cut back in November 2023 with Wendy. She bleached out my hair. I was thinking she would be foiling my hair. But it turned out good. I went back to her again recently in Feb 2024. She bleached out my hair took 6 hrs only to be yellow toned. She did burn the back of my neck and did not prep it. She said she can re bleach my hair in 2 days to be more platinum. I asked Wendy if it was ok to re bleach my hair again. She said she’ll leave it on for 10-15mins. She actually left it on for 40mins and did not check once she also put me under the dryer to speed up the process. I heard the assistant also saying shouldn’t we wash it off. Wendy replied just leave it in for a little bit more without checking it. Finally Wendy said to the assistant wash the color off. I went and sat on the chair for drying. I noticed breakage. As the assistant was blowing drying my hair. I ran my hair through and noticed my hair bandaging.I looked at Wendy and said my hair is falling out. The most scariest feeling as you’re sitting on your hair stylist chair. I went through so much emotions. I couldn’t believe what was happening right before my eyes. I have always been bleaching my hair 16 years and my hair never fell out. Wendy is a nice person but was sloppy with my hair. She said she can fix my hair every 6 weeks by bleaching it and charge me half price. My scalp was so itchy and on fire. Two days later I booked to see her to tone my hair down as it looked like hay on my head. I wasnt comfortable with her touching my hair again. So the morning of my appointment with Wendy, I called my old stylist Amy who had been my stylist for 16 yrs and I decided to go to Wendy. But anywho I called Amy and cried to her and she took me in asap. Amy cut my hair of whatever was left of it. All broke off from the top of my hair and all underneath. She toned it down and recommended I don’t use heat for my hair anymore more. And gave me products to use on my hair. I took the $245 bill and gave it to Wendy. Which she gave me for and couple weeks later I went back for the amount she charged me for my hair. I have been so stressed about my hair. Crying as anyone would. Sitting on a hair stylist chair and watching your hair fall out. It was very shocking. I’ve tried coming to terms with my hair. I just have to let it grow. I had to buy head bands and hair clips worth $150 to accessories. My hair is all broken for my crown. And the back of my hair looks split as it’s missing hair. All Wendy said to me was don’t worry your hair will grow. Sucked to hear that from the stylist that was sloppy with my hair. I am still in shock until today as my hair is all messed up. My hair is so dry and short and hair sticking out. It’s been 6 weeks now. I had to see Amy for a cut as the hair on my crown broke off more. My hair is so very fragile. How my hair looked to what it looked now. Really sad and painful feeling. I have to wait a whole year for my hair to be back to normal.
