Customer support needs serious fixing. Took them over an hour and a half to do a five minute thing which was starting a free trial for me for one day and after wasting over an hour of my time still didnt let me into the gym. The lady was also very rude and so full of herself. this gym needs to get better employees💯

Although I had a bad experience with the manager, Sameer on January 29, 2026 , today one of the employees by the name RITU KANG helped me explaining in detail about the issue I raised and solved the problem and hence I'm writing this review as my appreciation towards her patience and professional problem solving procedures she followed: listened me with patience and took her time almost two hours .
