I'vr been coming to this location for a year now and am so impressed. Welcoming staff since day one. I still remember walking in that first day and immediately being greeted and given a tour. Also the CLEANEST gym I've ever been to - and I've been to many on the city.

AMAZING GYM! Extremely clean and good selection of machines. The customer service itself makes it an even better place, Yenzie provided the best service. She works hard and shows genuine effort to welcoming members of the gym.

the whole crew here at planet fitness is amazing, as they always greet me when i walk through the door and chat with me. They are also very respectful and do a great job at keeping this place clean. the community of people in the gym as well is next to nothing never a bad day when I come to the gym always a positive one.

This is the best gym I’ve ever been too. The staff are amazing. Keith, Kate and Josh are absolutely phenomenal. They are always cleaning, smiling and very friendly. Can’t say enough good things about this awesome space. Great work PF Portage west team!!

Planet Fitness at Unicity mall is the best gym I have ever been to. The staff greets me every time I enter the facility and wishes me the best when I leave. The customer service is the best. The amenities and equipment surpass my expectations. I love this gym.
