I signed up about two months ago because the membership was advertised at around $15 per month. Then, after only two months, they suddenly charged me $51 extra. When I asked about it, they said it was an annual fee charged every February. That was not properly explained when I signed up. So in just two months, I ended up paying close to $100 for a basic gym membership. This is exactly how gyms make money from people: advertise a low monthly price, then hit customers with extra charges later and call it an “annual fee.” If you are going to charge people more, be honest and make it very clear from day one. Very disappointing and misleading. Be careful before signing up here.

Good gym as long as you don't need to use a toilet. Always out of order. Every month, it seems. This place is in need of a plumbing overhaul. If you're the kind of person who may wish to use a toilet during your workout, go elsewhere.

Nice facility with lots of workout equipment. I really like it. Men's shower have great water pressure, unlike the one in airdrie, Alberta. Update: after spoken to management, he was very good at keeping his word on fixing the water pressure problem and I really appreciate that. 5 stars!!!

I’ve only been a member for one week, and unfortunately my experience has been very negative due to how one of the employees treated me. I have a serious L4–L5 disc bulge and am currently in rehabilitation. I can barely walk some days and am only able to work out under the guidance of my rehab trainer. I clearly explained this on my first day of registration. While I was in the middle of a very physically stressful workout, one employee (a red-haired woman with glasses) approached me and spoke to me in a very harsh and confrontational manner, saying what I was doing was “not allowed.” I calmly explained that I was not recording, and that I was simply on a video call with my rehab trainer for medical guidance. Despite this, she continued standing over me, repeating herself, and would not leave me alone. I told her multiple times that I was in pain and asked if we could talk at the desk after I finished, but she ignored this. The way she handled the situation made me feel like I was doing something illegal, when I was simply trying to protect my health. The stress from this interaction caused my nerves to flare up again, which set back my recovery. This is not acceptable behavior, especially toward someone with a medical condition that had already been disclosed. I expect basic respect, empathy, and professionalism from gym staff. Unfortunately, this experience showed a complete lack of all three!!!

The past two months have been a joke. I've shown up to work out three different times only to find the place randomly closed for emergencies. Checked again this morning and it's still closed. Zero communication. Every single time I find out by showing up and seeing some papers taped to the door. No email, no text, nothing. Just my time wasted and my workout routine completely thrown off. Emergencies happen, but this is ridiculous. We're paying members and a quick text or email isn't too much to ask. Instead, I'm driving over there, wasting gas and time, only to turn around and go home. I would reccomend going to a different gym if you value your time and schedule. There are other options around here that do everything they can to stay open and know how to communicate with their members. Edit: I just noticed a wave of 5 star review yesterday, the same day that the place was closed for emergencies. Seems off to me, but it's your call guys. Probably fake reviews from friends of the owner/staff to me.
