Overall I enjoy working out at PlanetFitness. I know there has been some issues with staff not cleaning and always on their phones, and seems like this still happens with some, but things have improved. Thankful they hired Ashley, as she seems to be the only one to really work and she's always pleasant to deal with. Hoping she sets the bar and the other workers can follow suit.

Overall, not a bad place to work out. Ive only seen 2 machines out of order since starting so they must have fixed some. The water fountain is screaming for a filter change and the coolers last time only had a few gatorades and rockstars. Also, never have seen a gym close before most retail places on a weekend. Staff have been nice. So overall, the atmosphere is good. We really need longer hours in a oilfield town than 7pm though

I absolutely love the early morning weekday staff at this Planet Fitness. They’re super friendly, welcoming, and always cleaning, which makes such a difference. Weekday mornings are honestly amazing and the gym feels well cared for. However, Sunday mornings are a completely different experience. The two males working then are not very helpful, and the gym is often dirty when I arrive. There are frequently empty spray bottles, no paper towels, and the boot room has been pretty horrendous more than once. If Sundays were run even half as well as weekday mornings, this place would be perfect. Huge shoutout to the weekday morning crew — you guys are doing it right 💪✨

I rejoined 2 weeks ago and was surprised that one of the tanning beds is still not operational. New bulbs should not take that long to replace. And only one massage bed works. I would think that management/owners would strive to have their business in top condition, especially being that this is the busiest time of the year for new regulations. I hope this is not going to be the norm

Multiple machines are consistently out of order for extended periods, the maintenance is slow(months), and the machines seem generally run-down. This leads to frustration, Overcrowding on working machines and an overall poor experience. I visit PF facilities often in Edmonton and they all have newer and updated equipment and rarely out of service( 5 stars). In the mens washroom the one urinal has been broken for weeks and the 2nd urinal broke today leaving only one toilet. That left for long line ups and alot of pissed off guys. The one great thing about this facility they have an amazing staff and only can do so much. Its time for the District manager & ownership to do your part...
